تجربتي مع تطبيق ثندر للتداول كانت سيئة للغاية. بعد التسجيل وانتظار شهر كامل، لم يتم تحويل المبلغ إلى حسابي. اكتشفت بعد ذلك أن الحساب غير مهيأ للدخول إلى السوق الأمريكي، وهذا بعد مرور 3 أسابيع!
طلبت استرجاع المبلغ، ولكن فريق الدعم لم يستطع تحديد موعد لاسترجاعه أو حتى موعد لفتح الحساب. الإجراءات طويلة للغاية والرد في الدعم بطيء جداً. لا أنصح بتجربة هذا التطبيق.
Thndr Trading App Review: A Very Bad Experience
My experience with the Thunder trading app was very bad. After registering and waiting for a whole month, the amount was not transferred to my account. I found out later that the account is not ready to enter the US market, and this is after 3 weeks!
I requested a refund, but the support team could not specify a date for the refund or even a date to open the account. The procedures are very long and the response in support is very slow. I do not recommend trying this app.
