We used T&G for the purchase of our first house. Having never needed to instruct solicitors before, we were expecting to do lots of chasing and driving the purchase ourself, based off the experiences of friends and family. Absolutely none of that was required with T&G. Claire and Nadine were incredibly on the ball and we didn't have to chase them once. They really took the stress out of the whole process, which was greatly appreciated as we were doing all of this alongside looking after our newborn. They explained the process to me when I didn't know what to expect, and were always really friendly. Thank you thank you T&G!

Cannot recommend this company more, if I could give 6* I would. We were first time buyers with absolutely zero experience or knowledge with buying a home. From the moment we called to make enquiries re costings Nadine and Claire were both so supportive in explaining the process. We knew right away we had to go with them as our solicitor. Nadine and Claire were always there to answer any questions we had no matter how big or small. As we found the process quite anxiety provoking, with no personal support, we had lots of questions and they were both so patient and took the time to explain things for us. They were very persistent, open and honest and managed to get our completion in what felt like record time. Such a smooth process and even if any ‘bumps’ did occur they helped calm us during the process. Thank you so much to you both.
Don’t hesitate, use them! We plan to continue using them when we get our wills and LPOA in place in the future!

Claire and Nadine helped with the purchase of a terraced house with loft and basement conversions, which meant that more investigation was needed for all the right documents, the two lovely ladies made sure that the whole process was as swift and smooth as possible. The vendors solicitors were slow to respond so Claire and Nadine worked hard to chase them up, they always responded to my queries with haste and made sure that their concerns were made known to me.
