Untrustworthy and unprofessional

Seemed nice, polite and fairly professional until it came to something not going to plan with an insurance policy and then became untrustworthy liars. Willing to fabricate the truth to get what they want. Avoid and go elsewhere!

Attempted to get holiday insurance but…

Attempted to get holiday insurance but met with arrogance by a person who forgets he needs my business more than I need his insurance broker services, very argumentative and unprofessional stating I need to provide health details I have not needed to do so with any other company over the last thirteen years, so will give them a miss especially after reading other reviews

Will not use again

This company is really not adding anything to the process of making a claim - certainly not taking the stress out of the process, actually making it more stressful in my experience. Can't seem to understand what the questions were on a form my GP had to complete. Says it was only to confirm they were aware of my medical issue when it actually asked when I first consulted them about the issue. Aren't challenging the insurance request now for duplicate information. Complete waste of time, just delaying my claim even more. Will not use again.

we have had a recent non fault accident…

we have had a recent non fault accident we thought that we paid over 4.5 k for fully comprehensive with legal cover
we have had no help with the prosess from thomas carrol and even less from alliance

as this was a non fault incident and we feel up to this point its us having to do

do all the chasing , and supply a lot of business information

we did report to your self's the day after the accident

we are 24-7 business and cant afford to have a commercial vehicle with fully comprehensive cover of the road

and the fact that we had no replacement vehicle offered and was told if i need a van

i should go to enterprise and hire one my self

due to having no vehicle and no time to look around we had to rush out

and purchase a second-hand van cost us £21.0000 that we couldn't really afford

so we could carry on trading

we are not impressed with Thomas carol or any of their associates

i will be uploading my experiences to trust pilot

we have been with Thomas carol for some years and as soon as we need them and there so-called legal cover

it doesn't exist , even down to no one coming to look at the damaged vehicle

photos were requested of all four corners , the milage , and general condition

and this proces would take approximately a week

i cant afford to have no vehicle for a week and i wasn't going to hire one

if this is what you call fully comprehensive cover with legal cover

it's not in my opinion

we will let this policy run its course but we will not be returning to Thomas Carrol

and the fact that we had just paid for the van on finance and would be expecting the van to continue for several years before replacing
