I'd leave 0 stars if I could.

I'd leave 0 stars if I could.
Terrible and disorganised, I fired them nearly a year ago for this. Unprofessional and refuse to deal with complaints seriously. I thought they were gone for good.

Then a few weeks ago I received a demand for payment for a date more than 8 months ago that they said they came for that they didn't send a bill for.

Accounts kept sending a bill but no one at Thomas Cleaning were prepared to offer evidence to support that the cleaner came on the date in question, or even reply to the many emails and voicemails that were sent.

Further attempts to contact management sent me in a loop- one person said to contact another, 2nd person said to contact a 3rd (by Out Of Office replies), 3rd person said to contact the 1st person.

Impossible to speak to a human.
No one returns a voicemail- just an incessant request for payment with no evidence to support the claim.

I paid it simply to avoid having to deal with the issue. I only paid it to remove the problem and to avoid them sending it to a debt collector and ruining my credit rating.

I would rather hack off my own fingers with a rusty blade than use this cleaning company again.

Unprofessional

I was really happy that this company came out at the last minuite, within an hour. Unfortunately the quote in hours for a small bathroom was 3 hours. When I said that I knew it wouldn't take 3 hours, possibly 2 hours at the most ( I previously worked for a world wide cleaning company in the UK, also I had my own cleaning business in the past, due to back problems I sold my business) the man Chris was very rude saying" get another company" I replied that I expected him to be professional and say something like do you want us to do it or not? He said " hang on a minuite" he went into the kitchen, called the ladies outside, had a chat, then drove off. I wouldn't recommend them.
