My order was delivered to me and i applied for exchange size but the company was giving lame excuses for unable to exchange it had been about a month that i applied for exchange of size and still they are not giving a response and also want a otp for putting a pickup from my side
Purchased a pair of shoes and after wearing twice sole on one of the shoes started to fall apart. Tried repeatedly to contact via website complaints form but crashes on submission. Emailed address listed on website directly but still no response. Poor quality shoes, poor customer service. Steer clear, there are better cheaper shoe makers.
I purchased a pair of biker boots from Thomas Crick via Amazon, and unfortunately, within just two months the seams had split — something I later discovered is a common issue mentioned in other customer reviews.
As I was outside the Amazon return window, I contacted Thomas Crick directly, providing my Amazon order number and receipt. They initially responded helpfully, instructing me to return the boots via Royal Mail. After confirming receipt of the returned item, they then claimed they couldn’t find my order number, despite it being sent twice and receiving replies to the emails with the order number showing.
Eventually, they emailed to say that because the boots were ordered through Amazon, they could not assist me — despite now being in possession of both the faulty boots and my proof of purchase. I’m now left without the boots and without a refund and having to contact Amazon for help.
What’s most disappointing is the contrast between this experience and the image they present on their website as a customer-focused, family-run company. I expected better. Instead, I’ve been left feeling dismissed and out of pocket. I would advise other buyers to be cautious, especially when purchasing via third-party platforms.
