Order miskake
I made a mistake with my ordering and I rang the company on Saturday the person who answered the phone as so helpful he checked to see if the order had come through and it hasn't but as he was not in the office I said I would ring Monday which I did my order was placed and the item arrived on Wednesday what a great company to deal with.

Excellent Customer Service
My wife and I recently purchased (private sale) a 30 year old Campervan, and we've been struggling to get advice and find parts.
I was browsing Tik Tok and came across an excellent video post from Thomas Touring about old Campervan's (one of a series of video's they have posted).
This prompted me to contact them for advice. The response was amazing, and I would like to publicly thank David and Mark.
I subsequently required a part which they sourced for me, and which I received by post within 48 hours.
I can honestly say that I have never experienced that level of help from any dealership before.
A first-class experience!

The order was processed speedily, and goods arrived when expected.
My only critique is that it took me a while to workout how to get the lens off the base.
The other critique is a manufacturer related one, I. That I had to enlarge the backing plate hole to allow spde end wires in. Plus the was no backing plate to prevent moisture ingress.
