Thomsons Coffee Reviews 

Very very disappointing. The shop looks great I was driving past and stopped to go back and try their coffee. It was terrible, I ordered an oat milk cappuccino. It was too hot, milk was over heated. It was too wet milk was not textured at all, like it was very poor. For somewhere that brands themself as a good coffee shop then they need to make better coffee. They were not even busy so no excuses for how poor my coffee was. I hate paying money for rubbish coffee.

After a problem with my subscription - basically the coffee never arrived - I emailed them at the address they provide. No reply.

Then they started sending me automated requests to confirm my payment details. Unhappy to do that when I hadn't received any coffee or any explanation, I emailed them again: No reply.

Receiving another payment confirmation request, I phoned at the number provided and left my number as requested for a call back. No call back.

In exasperation I went to the shop and spoke to the manager, who apologised and promised to sort it out and get back to me. No contact at all.

And then I get another notification about payment details.

The other reviewer must have got lucky with their customer service. I'm going to have to cancel my subscriptions, because buying coffee shouldn't be this difficult.

Absolutely love Thomson's coffee!
Their coffee tastes great, is freshly roasted and arrives fast. We have a subscriptions and it is so easy to manage, when we run out and request more it arrives in the next day or 2!
