Newly bought bedsheet developed cuts after 2 washes. Brand refusing to acknowledge manufacturing defect. Never buying from them again, will ask friends and family to blacklist.

Ordered a Chambray Bedsheet Blue/White- With 2 pillow covers - Queen, it has shrunk tremendously and also lost its thickness, no longer tucks in all sides properly, was very poor quality. Bought in Jan 2025 and washed 5-6 times. My reasonable ask was full refund or value replacement. Thoppia first says they will give 500 off next purchase (how ridiculous, I should buy more bad stuff!) and now says will only partial refund. Good companies don’t do that so you decide.

What’s nice is that you’re buying directly from the source, avoiding other middlemen, which makes their prices unbeatable.

The quality is great, exactly as pictured, and the price was unbeatable for what I received. I couldn’t find anything close to this quality for the same price locally.

What stood out even more was their customer service. Though international customers can’t order directly through the website and need to email them, the team was very responsive and helpful. They guided me through the process, provided a payment link, and ensured everything went smoothly. The curtains arrived, and the entire experience was seamless.
