OK range, quality and price but very slow communication
Ordered pipe fittings and price is good, quality is good but for some reason they haven't answered the phone for two days and insist on continuing via mobile text messaging which is really really slow. Response time typically 20 minutes.

We suspect that the split is the result of an operational error. When the first failure occurred, we did not discover how you operate the pump, and we assume it is a manufacturing issue. We sent you a replacement pump unit, and the same issue occurred again.
Later, we discovered that you closed all of the outlet valves and started the engine, then opened them after 30 seconds, causing the pump casing to shatter. Not only did the pump casing crack, but the impellers were also bent. Such high pressure can only cause this. If this is a manufacturing flaw, you will see a crack line or pump leaking when you prime the pump.
Furthermore, it is quite unusual for 2 units showing the same issue when operated by the same person.
Great to deal with and fast dispatch.
