I have been using Thornley Groves since they have come to Monton. I have found TG to be a very professional operation and I'd be happy to recommend them to any prospective landlord. Lucy Clegg has been my property manager and she has proved to be very efficient in our dealings.

A friendly and professional service from Tomas. He was able to investigate the issue quickly and find a solution. I hope the matter will be closed shortly.

Excellent service provided by Delci, who is a Property Relationship Manager at Thornley Groves. Delci replied to my questions quickly, and was polite and professional. Excellent service.

I was having trouble with my rent payments and the wonderful Tomas Peers-Bow was incredibly helpful. He was reassuring delt with my issue quickly and was very communicative. If I have any future issue I would very confident if Tomas was dealing with it he is friendly and a great addition to the team.

Rental property - washing machine repair. Easy to report issue and fixed within a few days of reporting. Katie at Thronley Groves was very helpful in assisting.

We recently ended a tenancy, managed by Thornley Groves. I lost count of the number of property manager that came and went during the 8.5 years that we had it tenanted, so it’s a pity that the best one of all, Aleaya Afzaal, came along as we were preparing ro stop tenanting and sell. She has been totally on the ball and acted promptly on any issue that has arisen, that we have put her way. Accordingly, I give her a 5 star rating,

I rented a property through Thornley Groves for just over two years and honestly had a great experience throughout. Getting the house was straightforward, the team explained everything clearly and made the move‑in process easy. During my tenancy, they were always professional and quick to respond whenever I had a question, which made things stress‑free. When it came time to move out, the exit process was handled really well—fair, transparent, and without any hassle. Overall, I felt supported from start to finish and would happily recommend Thornley Groves (specially Kaja who helped a lot during the exit process) to anyone looking for a reliable letting agency in Manchester.

I’m not one for leaving reviews but I had to when it comes to Olivia Scallan-Allsey at Thornley Groves. I’ve rented the same property for over 18 years and had many property companies manage my home but not one has come close to the excellent service and kindness shown from Olivia, she is an excellent representative for the company and has shown professionalism, understanding and kindness when it comes to any issues that I’ve had.
