Be very careful if you are trying to claim for medical negligence. They start off by telling you the referral company that sent you to them was wrong. They then ask you to pay £480 for medical records which is actually a fee for a medical company to do a report on you to see if the claim can proceed. Apparently Thorntons are not the medical negligence specialists they claim to be as your paying for the specialist to do a report and decide. So after saying they will take on your case they may well not if the report isn't what they want and they leave you with nearly £500 in debt. Shady at best.

Laura was wonderful during the whole sale and purchase process with no complaints at all. She kept us well informed and really added the personal touch as she remembered us from our previous interactions years ago.
