Please note that both items you ordered state the size in cm in the product description and use words like small and little to emphasise the intricate nature of the items, but we completely understand you may have envisaged them larger when you ordered. Fab but please improve packaging!
Really lovely company. I admire their commitment to being environmentally friendly and managed to get a discontinued product I’ve been searching for, for ages to give as a present, so thank you very much.
One thing though, my parcel arrived open !! The packaging was not secure enough so you could literally stick your arm through and pull my item out. I considered myself quite lucky to receive it!
