Ordered on Jan. 3rd and still don't have the shoes. Customer service is terrible and when I emailed them to inquire about my order, I received a response stating "I will forward your email to a 'human agent'. What does 'human agent' mean - let's hope they are human. Time to call my credit card company and dispute the charges. I strongly recommend staying away from this company.

They claim it is free to send in shoes to recycle, but then say you need to pay a $10 deposit, which you only get back once you buy a pair of their shoes. False advertising!

I've been trying to cancel my order for days now (it hasn't even shipped), radio silence other than the automatic bot replies. Seems like a scam company.

Absolutely horrible quality. Two different pairs tore in the same place in under a year both times. No durability whatsoever. The bottom of the sole also is starting to split in one pair. They look good but fall apart way too easily to be recommended.

Bought a pair of shoes over a year ago, wore them maybe only a dozen times and not even all day each time, one shoe already has seams torn open. I reached out to their support about warranty, maybe some repair suggestions or even replacement options. I would have been open to even partial credits, knowing its been over 12 months - but most importantly it showed me these are not high quality. Support so far as only offered me the option of buying a new pair, taking advantage of their recycling program and a current sale thats available to anyone. These shoes cost almost $200 - not worth it at all in my opinion and support is slow to respond and not helpful.

I ordered shoes from this company and received the order ( and a complimentary water bottle). I did not like the shoes and wished to return them per the free exchange policy listed on the website. I was contacted via email by "Dina," who offered to exchange them but she would send a return label regardless. I never received a return label and have emailed several times. I have received no further replies and there is no other contact information listed on the website.
