Total waste of money and time.

Total waste of money and time. Worst customer support I have ever had. I called to request a change to the background color and the addition of a link to our FB page. It took 3 days to get a callback, at which time I was told they no longer offered the plan I signed up for, and I would have to switch to a new plan that would cost at least $2,000.00 per month, plus a monthly maintenance fee. When I asked for access to my website to make the changes myself, I was informed that Thrasker owned my website and they would not allow me access for any reason. Sound like a typical bait-and-switch to anyone?

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE…

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR BUSINESS!
I'd like to be perfectly clear, I am not someone who leaves bad reviews because I believe everyone makes mistakes and deserves a chance to make good on their commitments. However, the situation that Michael left us with warrants ZERO stars!

First off, we've been down this road before with other digital marketing agencies and understand what to expect in terms of Pay Per Click factors such as timing and costs associated with Ads and agency fees. That said, our company has done our own PPC and know what to expect when it comes to how much an ad campaign should cost based on cost per click & cost per lead (Very complicated if you are not a digital marketing professional with tons of experience). Trust me it's a rabbit hole.

We went with Michael & the Thrasker team because they seemed to have a good enough grasp of the concept and also employed someone who has experience within our industry / niche.

3 weeks in and about $2000 in ads spend & agency fees, NOT ONE lead. As a matter of fact, they were still trying to figure out search keywords, Not Good!

Even worse, they lost the guy that was going to be in charge of running our campaigns. This was the moment that I decided to have a closer look. The website that they sold me on ($1000) was not performing well and the quote form that they put together was even worse. I asked them 3 times over the course of 3 weeks to fix what was wrong and was told that they know what they're doing.

I decided to have them pull down the website that they created and to republish my original website which was performing much better than theirs. That was an exercise in futility. From a service based business standpoint, doing what the client asks is always a 100% must in my opinion. I was actually thinking that we'd keep them on for our PPC but with our original website instead. They refused. Why you ask? Because that would subtract about $150 in monthly website fees (basically a website lease).

At that point, Michael became very nasty with me and so I decided to pull the plug on everything.

Once I fired them, he told me that he was going to continue working on his own WITHIN MY INDUSTRY, and basically become a competitor. At this point I asked for a full refund and contacted our attorney for advice.

This was the worst experience yet and trust me when I say, these guys have zero competence. Still waiting on my refund which I'm sure I'll never see. Lessons learned I guess.

Be careful when choosing your agency.

Total ignorance

After 1,5 hours on the phone with Michael and 4 follow up emails I never got a quote or feedback. Can't really evaluate the quality of their job, but the attitude wasn't appropriate.
