Excellent service. Their website warned me that there might be a delay because it was between Christmas and the New Year, but it was actually extremely prompt.

All arrived safe and sound
The delivery came when it was due to and I had plenty of messages about that which was helpful as I needed them for a project with a deadline.
The actual buttons I ordered all came safely, but some of them didn't work (seemed of less good quality than the others) and had to be rejected. I did order a lot (84) so I guess that's to be expected (?).
There seems to be a great range of products in this shop, so I expect I'll go back if ever I need more sewing supplies.
