Ordered a watch November 12th as a gift for my aunt (expecting it would be plenty of time to get here before Christmas). Thread Etiquette did NOT include the floor number that I entered when filling out my shipping information. It was sent back to the vendor (confirmed via USPS) and I have attempted to reach out the past two months via email, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook and NO response.

Very disappointed with this company's customer service. Do they see these emails coming in and are explicitly deciding not to reply? Or are there internal issues going on to where no one is even checking these? I just can't imagine what is going on with this company to ignore a customer on every social channel.

Just submitted my dispute form through my credit card company.

Thought they were great the first time I ordered - communication was great and order was shipped in a timely manner. The next time I ordered I didn't hear from them and finally, after 2 months of trying, I ended up having to dispute my transaction. I reached out every way possible with no response. At the end of the day, I still just want the watches. So frustrated!

I ordered a watch. They delivered a wrong one. Then they said I should send it back, but I should also pay the shipping. What I din't do, because it wasn't my fault!
The 2nd arrived and again the wrong one!
And now they don't want to refund me, neither answer my E-Mails or send me the correct watch.

Really bad experience with Thread Etiquette!

Ordered a watch and extra bands. Realized I ordered the wrong bands and they won't let me exchange them. They're in the UK and I'm in the US. Their return policy is that returns must be within 10 days of PURCHASE. Horrible when they take their time to ship it and you receive it eight days after you order it, then they don't give instructions for returns so you need to email them and they NEVER respond. Very frustrating experience. So sad because the watch is cute. I will never use this company again and definitely DO NOT recommend it!

Purchased one of the latest watches with a brown strap. Very happy with the quality, and I get compliments all the time about it. 5 Stars
