Like everyone else who has written, this is a scam. Customer service is extremely poor, quality of the products is extremely poor, and their no hassle return policy is a lie. After sending the requested picture of the jackets I purchased (so that they could process the refund) I stopped hearing from them. Luckily, my credit card company is reversing the charges, but no one else should fall victim to this sort of scam. I should also mention that the jackets that I received smell DISGUSTING! Like, so gross that I don't even want to touch them because I don't know where they've been.

I ordered an XL Stone Ridge coat which took a while to arrive since it shipped directly from China. When it did arrive, I tried it on and it was at least a couple sizes too small. Sent an email to them to request a return like it says on their website. My first email was on November 26th and I did not get a response until December 30th (they say they will respond in 48-72 hours) after I challenged my credit card payment to them. There's no phone number anywhere on their site so email is the only way to communicate with them and communication is poor. Even when they finally did get back to me, there is no way to return the coat. They just wanted me to email pictures of it not fitting so they can give me a refund - something which my credit card company had already done. I'll be giving the coat away. I would not recommend buying anything from this place ever.

I ordered two things. One came the correct size and I am using it. The second was also ordered a large and came petite. I can get no response for an exchange. Terrible scam.

Everything is a size small - ordered a large. Zippers all came broken. No one will respond to multiple attempts to make a return, so I promised bad reviews in return for incredibly horrible product, absolutely no customer service to remedy the issue, and an overall huge waste of time. Don’t get scammed.

I ordered a jacket as a Christmas gift and still haven't received it. Also no response from customer service. When I ordered this from the website it looked like an American company. When I got a tracking email it said it was being shipped from China. I expect now that it will be terrible. The web site said 100% guarantee and returns, I'm doubting that now. Don't waste your money

So terrible what these companies are doing. They are drop-ship brokers in the US praying on people. At first glance, you can't tell these scammers from other legitimate companies. Then you get the package of cheap quality clothes shipped directly from China with a Chinese label. You try to reach the "customer service" and nothing. WARNING!! as best you can, DO NOT buy from any of these unknown brands without doing your research. Hopefully, this will help someone else avoid being scammed like I was.

Complete scam of a company. Sent me terrible quality clothes and won't respond to emails for returns.
To make it worse, BoA shut off my credit card after purchasing from them because they're marked as a fraudulent complant.

Zero customer service. Not able to return an item at this time and can't get ahold of anyone at the company.

Same experience as everyone else. Sweater is too small and not particularly nice either, but they provide no way to return. Multiple attempts to contact over a month, no response. They either have grown too big too quickly or are just a scam.

I am so frustrated with ThreadHelix, I want my money back and nobody answers my request.

DO NOT purchase anything from them. Extremely low quality clothes and no response from customer service to return items. Fake. Fake. Fake.

Terrible quality and will not respond for returns. The items run small and one of the items has a hole. I have sent multiple emails and get an automated response and no follow up email or call. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

I bought a jacket and one of the button was broken.
The smell of the jacket when arrived was not great either.
I have been trying to contact them for 3 weeks, but no reply.

BS company. Will not respond about a return. Jackets are terrible. Contacting BBB now.

Same experience with the customer service. I did receive my item and was unhappy with the quality and fit. Unable to get a response from customer service. I’m going to eat the charge and donate the jacket. I’m going to contact the BBB and see if I can report them.

Same as others. I'm trying to dispute the charge on my cc now. Complete hassle

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. 19 days later still haven’t received the item. Customer service doesn’t respond to emails.

This company is something else, I got my merchandise and its very low quality I've tried to contact them for returns but I only get computer generated responses stating they will get back to me in 48-72 hours. No response. Has anyone been able to get a response on them about returns? Has anyone tried to report them to their credit card company?

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM > They show "great 70% off deals" on Facebook, but send crap and then won't respond to return requests. NO contact number, only emails that are ignored.
