Personalised pet embroidery! I’d also like to apologise to everyone who has experienced a delay with their order unfortunately we did take on too much work within an unrealistic time frame for a business our size but we have worked hard to cut this time frame back down to our usual 3 weeks.

SCAM

Update after shop owner response:

Website states on the top please allow up to 3 weeks for your item to be made and shipped, which I did. I then received an email after 3 weeks saying apologies there was a delay, it will be shipped the following Monday. I requested a chargeback from my bank as that clearly did not happen as here I am 8 weeks after order date with no item.

SCAM. Avoid at all cost

Never recieved item. Seller never responds to messages but active on social media. Made a claim with my bank for my money back who will now be chasing Threads 2020.

Shame as I wanted to support a small business

We haven't scammed anyone, our website states 3 to 4 weeks turnaround time and as you filed the chargeback before this time had passed the order was cancelled.
I replied to your email on June 1st saying it would be shipped on the Monday 3rd but after this email I received the chargeback from your bank on the afternoon of June 1st so your order was cancelled and fully refunded. I’m happy to discuss this over email if you’d prefer.

Very disappointing and TERRIBLE communication - awful experience

Appreciate this company is a small business but communication is AWFUL! Actively posting on social media but ignores messages and emails.
I received the hoodie after about 8 weeks (despite website saying 3 and despite me asking where this was as it was for a birthday and the date was approaching and still didn’t get it on time despite them promising it would) and it looked like my dog had been stung by a bee and gained a lazy eye. The design was really poor. I sent a message saying that the quality was awful. After commenting on an Instagram post (so others could see), I FINALLY got a response. They said they’d create a new design and send it to me before the hoodie was made and it would be done in 3 days. I chased and chased and chased, eventually getting a response after commenting again that the hoodie had been posted. They hadn’t sent the design as they said they would but they sent a picture of the design and it looked ok. This was supposed to have been posted 3rd May. Haven’t received. Haven’t had a tracking number. Chased and chased, again, commenting on a post and got a response by email saying that it must have been lost in the post - judging by other reviews, this seems to happen a lot to this persons post… hmm.
I asked if another had been posted and haven’t had a response yet.
I appreciate this is a small business but this whole experience has been absolutely ridiculous. A simple response to messages to say “I’m behind on orders, really sorry, will be with you in approx 2 weeks” or even updating the lead time on the page would go a long way but instead, they chose to ignore and by the sounds of things blame the post regularly.
We’re now 6 weeks past the birthday I ordered this for and still have nothing to give them!
It’s a real shame because the products are a great idea but I would not recommend anyone to use this company.
Sort communication or close your order book!

I'm really sorry about your experience, we had been overwhelmed by order and should have been more open with customers about the delays and should have sett more time aside to get back to emails and messages. I've learned from my mistakes and can't apologise enough that its left people disappointed.
I know your replacement has since arrived and you received the full refund but if you would like to place another order in the future id be more than happy to send you a gift card as an apology.

No Crufts Order after 2 Months

Placed an order a Crufts 2024 was told 3 weeks. It has now been 2 months and still no delivery. I have been told by Beth twice that it has been shipped and will be with me in the next few days along with an email for a tracking number (which never comes). My emails are being ignored and no items have ever been dispatched as I have never received a tracking number as told. I am very disappointed in the service and just want my order to arrive. If it does arrive soon I will amend my review accordingly. I was really looking forward to my fleece and beach bag after purchasing two blankets and them being very good quality. I have been let down.

Edit: I have now recieved my items and they are really good quality. My fleece was broken but a replacement has been sent and Beth has been really appologetic.

Ordered a hoodie on April 16th.

Ordered a hoodie on April 16th.. emailed to ask where it was on 5th may to be told she had been away for a week and that it would be shipped with 24hr tracked on the Tuesday after bank holiday (7th may) and would arrive on the Wednesday. I have still not received the order and Bethany is now ignoring my emails but is actively posting on social media? I find that really poor. I have requested a refund before I contact my bank and take matters further. I understand being a small business etc but communication should surely be at the top of your list.
******Review edited as goods now received and of great quality .. the pictures of my dogs were really accurate. Bethany has also given me a 20% refund due to the delay.

Same as below - complete rip off!

Same as below, made an order at Crufts 2024 & it has now been 9 weeks. Still no order, constantly being lied to about when it will be shipped out and now emails are being ignored. Soo disappointing considering how many other embroidery companies are out there. They definitely shouldn't have attended a big show like Crufts if they can't handle the orders. I just want my money back now but they ignore that bit too

Haven’t received my order yet.

Purchased a large order at crufts 2024.
Haven’t received my order yet despite being told it’d be a 3 week wait , evidentially taking longer. I understand that threads2020 is a small business and may have lots of orders to get through however I have left an email in which has not been responded too.
One item was supposed to be a gift but will now have to wait until Christmas if it ever does arrive. As others have said I’m willing to change my review if my order is received as I completely understand the stress of a small and independent business but at the moment I’m quite disappointed.
Update - it’s now the 17th of may and I’m still in the same position and at a loss of £133. I’ve been told my good would be posted out on the 3rd of may and I’m still yet to receive them.

A week later , and my emails are being ignored. I’d be forgiving if she simply explained they hadn’t been done yet.

I am now altering my previous negative review as the goods have arrived.
We had a tracking number at last , yesterday evening and today the order arrived.
My daughter is well pleased with the goods.
Moving forward (as the products are nice) I would suggest better customer communication at every stage of the process.
I have only given three stars as a result of the lack of information unless solicited from our side but , as I have said, the products are good.
I hope other reviewers have a happy end tale.

Very disappointed in this company

Very disappointed in this company, I ordered at crufts 2024 and was told I would expect the jumper the following week. It has now been 5 weeks. I have sent multiple emails and not hearing back. Very disappointing, lost complete trust of this company! Unfortunately I trusted Crufts for endorsing this company by allowing them to have a stand. Would not recommend buying from here.
