NO REFUND, NO EMAILS AND NOBODY ANSWERING CALLS

I purchased an expensive jacket through the store as a gift for my partner ,,which was too big so returned it by day 14 as per the return policy… i emailed them a week later to check the return had been received which was confirmed. Customer service said id receive a refund within 5-7 days, this was from the date of them receiving the return. 4 weeks later STILL no refund, no email response and nobody answering the phone. I will never purchase from this store. I can’t believe in these difficult times, they feel it’s ok to withhold peoples money!

I ordered several items and despite…

I ordered several items and despite them being lost, Phil from customer services resent the items in stock and refunded those that weren’t.
Product was perfect and as displayed on website.
I ordered a further item and Phil sent this free of delivery charges for the inconvenience caused with my previous order.
Absolutely great customer service and will be definitely use again.

Avoid this fraudulent store!

Avoid this fraudulent store! This store is also called maison threads. I ordered a pair of sneakers a few months ago but I haven't received it so far. They provide a fake tracking number and don't reply my emails at all. Also, their phone number cannot be reached. Avoid!

No communication, no items.

Ordered trainers, confirms etc are all relatively quick. Don’t like the use of the ‘Shop App’ in order to track item..

In the end I had no item to track. Having waited a reasonable 6 days I chased by email as to where my item was. No response.

Day 7, sent another email. Finally a response. Later the update was that my trainers were no where to be seen, and that was the end of it.

Had I not chased, I doubt they have the systems to reconcile and contact customers - which considering the brands and values they are dealing with is worrying.

Refund, to be fair was paid in 2 days, that was the only redeeming part of dealing with Maison Threads.

This lack of any communication from point of purchase to me chasing is signs of a business with no processes in place and poor systems.

I will not be using them again, as I can see now that other bad reviews show a consistency here that is not somewhere you’d trust with £100+ purchases. My trust in their ability to handle orders appropriately is gone, and brands will suffer having their products sold through such a retailer.

2 stars awarded for actually providing a refund relatively quickly, but only because I chased.

Never received refund, even after they confirmed receipt of item and refund.

UPDATE: I have now received a refund (about three months later than it should have come). Apparently they have new staff now and are trying to better the company, so I was asked to remove my review. I still feel my review is justified but am happy to update it for clarity.

I regret ordering from this company and cannot recommend them to anyone. Returned an item - proof of delivery on June 8th. Return policy says wait 14 days. Emailed at 18 days and had a reply the next day stating “Your refund is due to be with you within the next 2-3 days.” With no refund still on July 3rd, I emailed and received a response the same day. “I can see the order has been refunded and will credit your account within tomorrow.” It is now July 26th - two months after placing my order and almost seven weeks from them confirming they received it, and still no refund. Now they are not replying to my emails where they had been prompt before. I gave a generous amount of time for them to resolve this issue and will now be reporting it.

Exceptional Customer Service & best prices online!

Absolutely one of my favourite sites for baby apparel! Great prices- I found items for so much less than other sites offering the same items. I had left getting an outfit for my sons birthday until days before and thought it was to late for something online. However the customer service was exceptional! When contacting customer service they answered ever so swiftly and were so helpful. My order which was for standard delivery- they despatched straight away and they made sure I received the next day- with plenty of time for the birthday boy to party in style! 5 star ⭐️ rating from us

Phil resolved my issues quickly

Updated to 5 star due to Phil who resolved my issues. He arranged for my order to be picked up FOC and refunded me quickly. Thanks Phil for your help!

I ordered my partner some sliders from here, firstly they forgot to pack and send my order. The sliders then eventually arrived and the box was completely damaged. The size does not fit my partner so I have emailed asking for an exchange and have been completely ignored.

The customer service from this company is excellent,

i ordered a medium Dsquared jacket which was unfortunately too small, within just three days the jacket was returned and a size large had been delivered back to me which fits perfect! Great service all round and would definitely recommend

DAYLIGHT ROBBERY. AVOIDDDD!

Ordered an item and noticed stains and dirt on the laces and shoes when I unpacked it.
Contacted customer service (dont even try to call them as they never ever answer yet the phoneline seems to be busy half the time).
Received a response days later after constant emailing.
They agreed to have DPD collect the item and even then I had to keep chasing up as to when it was received by them.
Fast forward....I receved a response on the 4th February stating item had been received and a full refund would be in my account within 3-5 days.
It is now 10 days later and no refund, no response to my emails.
DAYLIGHT ROBBERY! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I will now be contacting consumer ombudsman and escalating this as this is not on.

It's alsovery ironic how they charge people £15 for sending back items that require cleaning yet they send dirty items themselves.

Poor service, not a happy customer at all.
First and last time ever shopping with them. Would rather pay extra and stick to well known retailers instead.

Poor customer service

Made an order over 1 month ago which was the wrong size(my fault) and have been unable to contact them by phone since. Tried emailing customer services twice and waited a couple of weeks for an incomplete reply on first email and not had a reply in over 2 weeks on second one. I will not be using them again.
