I will never purchase from them again

I had been shopping threediffent.com for years, and everything was going fine. I even remember returning a pair of shoes that didn’t fit and receiving a refund without any problems. The company is based in Italy, and I shop from the UK. Recently, I purchased two shirts, but they sent me two completely different shirts that I had not selected. Luckily, I always take screenshots of the items I purchase until I receive them, so it was clear that the shirts were not what I had ordered. I sent them message after message, but they did not respond. After almost three weeks of trying, I gave up and escalated the matter to PayPal. I explained the situation and provided all the evidence, and PayPal refunded me.
After about six or seven months, I decided to give them another chance. Perhaps it had been a mistake on their part. I ordered a pair of shoes, and they sent me the tracking number—everything seemed fine until the day I was supposed to receive the parcel. I received a notification saying that my parcel had been delivered. I opened the door, looked around in panic, and asked my neighbours, but there was nothing. When I checked the UPS tracking information they had provided, it showed as delivered, but still in Italy. The parcel had never actually left the country. It was delivered at some random address still in Italy.
I contacted them again at different times, but of course, there was no response. I went back to PayPal with all the evidence, and I was refunded. This time, I will NEVER purchase from or recommend them again. They have no customer service. So byeeeee

After 5 years of satisfied with orders…

After 5 years of satisfied with orders now i have to say someting bad, i paid with PayPal my order around 400 euros, but due payment error as i can see in my orders nothing happend, customer service not usefull replied 1X in 5 days, They dont care.. so now i dont have money And items.. i would like to fix it opened a PayPal case And They dont even respond there..

Used this company several times

Used this company several times, always satisfied with the products and service. However, not with the last order. Bought from this website 1 jacket and 1 coat for 400 Euro, both didn't fit right so I returned them. No email from them regarding that they received my items, although it states on their website that the items were scanned upon receival. I had to chase them for weeks only to receive partial refund of 118 Euro without explanation for what or even apologies for the delay or anything. I'm still sending them emails regarding the rest of the refund, but no answer. Living in UK I had to call to Italy to speak to customer service directly, after pressing the English button, I waited for somebody to to pick up. As soon as they heard I want to speak to a customer service, the lady clearly answered "I don't understand English" hung up. Ridiculous in every way. Would I recommend to use this company, NO. The way they solve the issues is unacceptable.

Hidden costs

Return costs noted nowhere on the website, nowhere during the return procedure, only after having returned and noticed 8 € missing from refund did I have to inquire about this to find out.

It says they provide return shipping label, etc. everything is done as if returning was free.

It's not correct to keep these costs hidden from the consumer, online shopping has come a long way and this shop is lagging long behind. I thought this was a small version of yoox, but this is not trustworthty

Also:
*Zero packaging of the individual items (which I don't mind)
*Prices go up once you've been a first time on the website, for the same product.
