Bought this bag for a teenager son as a school bag, received fast, within 2 days. It is true to the 12l title, so may be small for a travel bag, but I may buy another one for myself as a commute bag. For my son it works very well - modern looking, well-made, has a laptop sleeve and a bottle pocket. Great value for money and good for the environment.

Ordered the Kaito Rucksack, fantastic quality and great price.
Had an issue with DPD, but Three Peakes customer service were brilliant and stayed in contact until the bag was delivered. Highly recommend

Excellent bag, fast and reliable service

Ought the small daypack for work, my MacBook Air fits in the sleeve perfectly, plenty of room for wires and plugs, perfect for the daily commute without tempting me with too much space to fill it with unnecessary junk.

Really good build quality, great design, excellent price relative to other big name manufacturers. Will def be looking at the other products when the time comes!

Bag is great - in fact perfect - take my 15" Dell - power and enough other stuff easy and simple. Lots of comments from friends on how good it looks and also how they were thinking of getting one ..

The ordering process could have had better comms - maybe I am more use to message over load in all that goes on -

Ordered the lunch bag as a gift . Unfortunately had problems with DPD dumping the parcel in a random garden and was hard to find what had happened to it but Three Peaks couldn’t have been better. Responded very quickly and arranged for a replacement to be sent . Luckily parcel was found first . Would deffo order again

I had to return the bag I bought, which wasn't a issue the bag was fine just not as a big as expected. But the problem was with the return. I was told I would get my refund within 24 hours of them recieving the product. But it's been a week since I got confirmation it was received, but yet I have got no refund and heard nothing from the company when I've tried to contact them

Very good quality bag. Great that it is made from recycled plastic bottles.

Have only just used it for the first time, but very disappointed with the size of the drinks pockets on the sides, could only manage to squeeze in a 500ml coke bottle, not one of my regular sized sports bottles would fit… so whilst it is made from recycled bottles, it forces you to use disposable bottles (of course I will send them to be recycled) which is a bit counter to the green credentials.

Ordered a yellow 12L Tuscan rucksack and arrived with days, with tracking provided via email. Very pleased with the quality & my Lenovo Thinkbook laptop fits in nicely.
Could do with an inside zip pocket but the open pocket does the trick.
Very light & comfortable to wear.

Easy to use website and prompt delivery. The bag seems good quality and is very nicely designed, and a great price. Haven't had the chance to use it yet but on test everything fits in well including laptop, water bottle, notebook and day to day bits and bobs. Got this as a travel backpack that also complies with cabin sizes.

I found Three Peaks very efficient. I bought a rucksack & bottle for someone only to find they already had something similar.

The good part of my experienced was how efficient the returns were - quick, painless and great comms which isn't something I've ever experienced before.

Kudos for being efficient! I'll defo be looking to buy from there in future.

Quick delivery & Very good quality product

I ordered the Kaito 18L in pink whilst on sale. The product is very robust and an ideal size. It fits my macbook 13", ipad, cables, a drink for Uni and is very comfortable to carry! Would recommend this product and brand to anyone needing a new backpack and wants to be a little bit more environmentally concious!
