Great product, loving all the accessories that go with it, and looks great!

I'm a sucker for a sustainable item, and with my new job I needed a backpack that would work well for a commute. I received the bag as a present, which included the accessory bag and lunch bag, these are great items, my last backpack was very inflexible and I found it difficult to get my laptop in and out (it didn't even fit in the dedicated space) so this is great as you can open the bag right up and get to the back or the bottom with ease, not having to empty the whole bag!

Purchased a (recycled with 12 plastic bottles) bag (for the gym). The bag was good quality and for just under £40 I thought was a good price. Good comms. from the company. Said bag is a little small for what I need (not their fault) and I hear there is a slightly bigger version of this bag out in December so I may even purchase another of their items. Would I buy from them again, yes.

Pros: Made out of recycled material
There is a secret pocket on the back for wallets, keys, phone etc.
It's light and comfortable
It looks good, though I am a 5ft.11" man and it looks small on my back, which brings me too....

Cons: It is small, my last backpack was 22L and considerably bigger, you can get a gym kit in there, but not a full size towel, and it won't hold all the clothes you change out of. This is a commuter bag, so I'd imagine a lot of people will want to use for gym.

The zips do not easily go over the bend at the top of the bag. The zips could have been damaged in transit, it was in a paper bag, and only had a small air filled bag, about half the size of the backpack, to keep it's shape. It could easily have been packed with recycled paper/cardboard to keep it in shape.

There is nothing to hold the laptop in place, so if this is all you are carrying it moves around and slaps you on the back when you walk, I will fit a piece of elastic with some Velcro on the end to resolve this.

There is a USB port for a battery pack, but nothing to hold the battery pack in place, I'll install a piece of elastic on the inside which will do the job.

It's a shame as I spent a long time choosing which bag to buy, and didn't want to get one from Amazon, I'd rather support up and coming businesses.

The backpack cost £50, but it feels like it is worth £20, for this money you can get a better product, with better thought out features elsewhere.

I'd suggest take more time on product design, the fixes I've suggested above would cost little but make this a much better purchase.

Fantastic service, purchased the Kaito day sack which I would highly recommend as well made, perfect size. My cat also loved the brown paper bag it arrived in.

Great backpack!
The size is perfect and can easily fit in a folder of works along with lots of other things. The pockets inside and outside are super handy! Love it and would definitely recommend!

I am really happy with the backpack. It was sent and arrived promptly. The only think I would say is the Pink Orchid colour of the backpack is lighter in person than as shown online.

Communication about delivery of bag was great and easy for me to track. One hour timeslot from courier really helpful.

The 18l bag is everything I need it to be sturdy, comfortable, eco-friendly, bright and practical. Bought for my work commute, I can now fit in laptop, notepad, chargers, lunch bag, water bottle, umbrella etc with ease, rather than struggling with two or more bags as I was previously. A great rucksack, really pleased.

Really pleased with my new backpack, lunch bag and accessories bag set. Perfect for work. Really speedy dispatch. Had several compliments already, especially as it is made of recycled plastic.

Love my new bag. Great for day hikes and great for my work bag.

Thinking of purchasing the little storage bags to go with my 12L backpack

I have a very hectic and busy life and I needed a good backpack as I was starting developing back pains. I was scrolling Instagram when I bumped into this brand and it was love at first sight. Definitively I found interesting the fact that it was made of recycled plastic bottles… and then the design and colors were super captivating.
I ordered it and got it the following day… one of my best purchases ever! It is great, comfortable and sturdy. Highly recommended!

Lovely bag, picked the 18l and love it. Strong materials. Great amount of space for everyday work use.
Came in super quick time. In paper bag fully recyclable or can be used to repack something else.

Lovely but compact rucksack. Perfect for my fortnightly train commute from Carlisle to Glasgow after normal rucksacks would cause me issues with my shoulders and back.

Great bag for work, I like the extra compartments and is comfy to wear on the London commute. LOVE that this is recycled bottles too, and excellent price point. Really am pleased with this purchase
