Ok padded protective pants after extended delivery time

I ordered the same padded snowboard pants product two different times. The products were quite ok for the price but the sizing info is not great. Both times it arrived outside the estimated delivery period (the second time by about 17 days) so their delivery times are way off. The product sends from China to the Netherlands then to Sweden by the looks of it. Customer service does not seem to answer. With better customer service and proper sizing info it would have been 4/5.
