No updates about my order. Is it shipped? Is it still being processed?

I do not know what is happening with my order. I made it 20 days ago and I have not received ANY update till today. Is it shipped? is it still being processed? when should I be waiting for it? I sent them an email but I got no answer (thing that I was expecting). Very unprofessional in my opinion. This kind of behavior makes customer question many things. Is it a scam? IF I receive anything, I hope at least it is what I was expecting.

Haven’t received my package

Hi! I ordered my package 26 th January and I still haven’t received my clothes. I hope that I will revive them in the future but the delivery said it would arrive in about a week.

Good Morning Charile - Royal Mail systems went down after we had handed your order over to them. The outage was due to a reported Russian cyber attack.

This has meant an extended delay. I have just checked the tracking and your order has left the UK yesterday, so I expect you will receive early next week.

nice

i ordered two hoodies the 28th nov of 2022, i received it the 1st feb of 2023. The delivery delay was pretty irritating bc of the Royal Mail problem so it can be really repulsive for the customers (even tho i understand the Thrifted company couldn’t really do smth about it). the hoodies were very nice (there is a little laceration tho) and the customer service was really fast to answer and very kind.

I genuinely love this website. It takes a week for the stuff to come and all the prices are amazing-- and don't even get me STARTED on the product. I think I might be addicted from ordering... but hey, no shame. :)

Stop ordering from this company, they don't care about you,all the problems they have before still the same.Now I will wait in infinite time and they don't want refunds the money.They do not take responsibility for them, and say that they are only a small group and also victims of slow delivery. But if they really cared about their customers, they would have informed when people order from them. I see that they continue to take orders even though they know that Royal Mail is having problems, their motto F** Fast Fashion. When it comes to problems, they are no different. What A Shame.
Edit: it been a week with nothing happen.My shiet still in nowhere and they give me a discount code for the next order lol.I must be stupid to keep ordering from them.

Awful experience with this company

Awful experience with this company. I am 7 weeks waiting for an order and no refund. It was for a Christmas present and no indication on their site this would be the wait time. All customer service agents are robots. Same reply apologies for your frustration we appreciate your feedback. Would 100% steer clear of this site.

I placed my order on December 10, 2023, but now it's January and I still haven't received my order. I was understanding in the beginning because it was December time and it's usually backed up, but I never got confirmation that it even got shipped till this point. Gives me reason to believe that this seems like a scam.

These strikes have caused severe delays and they are affecting the entire UK and all of our customers.

At this stage there is little we can do as we have absolutely no control over the strikes and delays caused by this.
We are doing everything we can o our end, however we are having to ask customers to be as patient as possible whilst they catch up with the huge backlog.

Parcels are turning up, however they are sadly taking much longer than we had expected.

An absolute catastrophe of a clothing company

I ordered a simple set of clothing from them exactly a month ago, but the shipment is described as never being delivered to Royal Mail in their trackin. When contacted in order to gain a refund for an order that is clearly lost to both Thrifted and the Royal mail, Thrifted will try to write you off with how poorly they are doing as a "small" company due to the strikes that are happening in the royal mail while they barrage you with spam emails daily to try to make you buy more clothes that I assume will never show up.
Completly unacceptable service and businesss practices - I advise everyone to stay as far away from this scam company as possible.

Absolute Scam

Absolute scam. Ordered over a fortnight ago and still not shipped. When I asked customer support, they kept telling me that the shipping company Royal Mail was on strike. However, it is not possible for a shipping company to be on strike for over two weeks. I am so disappointed that I have now contacted my bank to get a refund, as support has never helped me. I would never recommend anyone to order from them.
