I purchased a lotto top
It was very small and would not have fitted my grandchild!
It did have L on the label inside but surely thrifted must have quality control
I sent the item back
I originally paid £22.50 for the top
I have been refunded £11.50
How does does that work
Can someone explain

Ordered a few packages with multiple items, items description and quality is really on point. I had a problem with 2 of the items and customer service were very quick and very efficient in refunding me and taking care of everything. Perfect.

Ordered a vintage olympic hat and a sports jacket. The jacket was in really in a poor condition, lots of brown spots(possibly rust or mold) from the inside. Please improve you product by indicating the quality in the title or as a filter tag(poor, medium, good, like new)

Most of the things I have bought from Thrifted have been fine and fairly priced but I must say two jackets I have bought recently didn’t mention that there was nothing wrong with them eg one jacket had a rip under the armpit and was not mentioned or pictured and the other jacket the zip wouldn’t zip back up once unzipped, again wasn’t mentioned or pictured. Like I say fairly priced good delivery and most of the items I have bought from Thrifted have been what they say they were apart from the two jackets I recently ordered.

In the description it said that there were some small marks but in reality there were many more, the jacket arrived dirty, with white marks on the sleeve and was filled with hair ( probably cat or dog hair I can’t be sure) the stains did not come off after three long washes in hot water but for me the worst part was the pet hair. I don’t think I will wear it and overall it is not worth the money…

The products ordered were superb and the delivery to Finland was surprisingly fast. They seem to use some kind of detergent that has a quite strong smell. A slight minus from that, but otherwise I'm very pleased.

Don’t understand how people are complaining, bought a Nike sweatshirt and it arrived no stains and prefect condition like it said. Colour is a bit off compared to the one online but overall this store deserves the 5 stars

Came within three days of being ordered and was exactly like depicted on photo. The quality was what I was hoping for. Overall would definitely buy from Thrifted again.

Sent wrong item of clothing and when complain did not reply or help.

Myself and my boyfriend bought a few items from Thrifted and we had the most excellent service but also received fantastic quality clothes for an absolute steal! We reached out for help from Chrisia and Dan who were able to help us with many questions and queries they had but also were overall very helpful with our order. I absolutely love my new items and have recommended the shop to many of my friends already.
We’d both highly recommend this shop thanks so much for your help.

Fraud or a Scam ? - The way this site operates feels like fraud, I purchased a vintage tshirt and a rugby shirt from them on the 19th of June.

I'm yet to receive any email notifications about my purchase, I've sent several emails to them with no update, yet payment has been taken from my bank.

To make matters worse not long after I got a fraud alert that someone tried to use my card details for doordash.

I'm yet to receive my purchases, everything about this organisation feels like a scam.

I ordered white bootcut jeans, instead I got cargo-looking beige jeans that’s nothing like what they looked like on the website. They’re not replying to my messages and the clothing is low quality.

I’ve bought clothes from this site a few times now. Most of the stuff was decent and Im happy about some of it. Shipping does take a lot longer than said. I waited for about 3 weeks for my clothes and I live in Denmark.

I ordered 2 pairs of bottoms once, one pair looks really bad irl, but so much better on the picture, so I decided to Cut them into shorts and now they are ok. The other pair looked less good on the picture, but then they came, and now theyre my new favorite pants!

I recently orded 2 sweatshirts and 2 longsleeve t-shirts, and Im happy as well with those, plus i only paid 50$ for all!!

I havent had the best experience with the service, since I never got a reply, but overall I am quite happy with the clothes I bought from here, and the quality was good for thrift!

The clothes are super basic for way too expensive prices (basic second hand!!!) and the shipping is just the top of it.
The quality is not the best and per product you only get 2-3 photos, that are so bad quality, that u can’t see the real color, the real issue etc
Just a scam page.
Go better support your local second hand store. :)

Really bad delivery system.it said I would get my package after 2 to 4 day after 8 days it’s still at import procedures

Website is a total scam, told me it would take 3 days to arrive, I’ve waited over 1 week and it’s not here. On the website it says “free shipping” but I had to pay 15 dollars for shipping in the checkout. Don’t order it’s a scam

Clothes came and you can tell they are bad quality and have these marks allover them that look like bleach, don’t recommend
