Great prices, bit disappointed they gave us prices in a different currency and we still had to pay in UAE currency in the end which had hidden charges let's just say.
But hey, even with the hidden charges it was still slightly cheaper so, good on them I suppose.

Invalid Ticket for the day it was booked
Was not able to use my ticket on the day it was booked for. And wasnt able to cancel the ticket either. Dont book the open dated ticket.

Extremely disappointing experience, zero accountability
Booked tickets via Thrillark for my family visiting from the USA to see Qasr Al Hosn on 23 December. We arrived only to be turned away due to a private event. No warning was given beforehand.
We wasted time, money (including a 50 AED taxi), and had to disappoint visiting family. Thrillark later refused any refund, claiming the tickets were open-dated.
If you’re planning a specific visit date, do not rely on Thrillark. This caused unnecessary stress and expense during a family trip.

Very poor customer service. Don’t buy from them. I purchased 6 tickets for particular date which I mentioned specifically and after buying saw on the voucher that the venue doesn’t operate on that exact date. It’s been 3 months and I didn’t get my money back. Their reply is always the same copy paste. Choose different cites like Klook instead

They sold open day ticket and there was no mention of any hours. I have had bought tickets in the past. When we reached there we were told day is sold off. We wasted time, money on taxi, spoilt mood and no refund either.

As confirmed by the relevant team, the tickets purchased are open-dated, valid for 9 months from the date of purchase, and require prior redemption and date/time reservation through the app before visiting the venue. Once redeemed, the booking becomes strictly non-refundable and non-amendable, in line with the terms clearly stated on the product page.
