Easy problem fix

While in the process of moving I wasn't able to update my new address in time to stop auto-ship.
Assistant got right on it, helped me update all my info, cancel this order and now get ready to start putting a new order together.
Quick and easy, greatly appreciate the help.

Very reliable customer service

I’ve been using Thrive Market for over a year now and can’t imagine life without it! Love the access to harder to find gluten free foods and wide variety of snacks! They have a bit of everything!

Thrive market products have been reliably good and most are organic. Highly recommend Thrive Market, especially if you’re a long way away from stores that carry these types of products.

Safe products

Delicious, quality products. Transparent and honest. I found it little hard to navigate app while placing and reviewing my recurring orders, causing me to order products again that I really need yet. But I was able to get it done correctly later.
It simplifies my grocery shopping for gluten free and Paleo foods, since I have special dietary needs due to food and chemical sensitivity.

Thrive market is great!

Ordered their 3 boxes strawberry probiotic apple sauce. Fast delivery but one case was damaged 💔
Called customer service and they promptly gave me a refund of the damaged box. You can also cancel auto ship and reorder thru customer service. They were great and the apple sauce is good. They even have foods for children. In the reviews people mentioned not being able to order produce...seriously people if I buy produce I go to the store and pick it up myself!!!

Thrive is not transparent

First and foremost, this company is in violation of the laws of the State of California and possibly other states. I will get into the other reasons not to do business with this company, but this first.
California requires that if a customer signs up for membership online, they can also cancel online.
However, when I submitted my first cancellation request to Thrive online, they only stopped my auto-renewal, not my initial free-trial membership. When I called their so-called customer service number, I got a BS recording, then their phone service hung up on me.
I went back online and filed a second request to cancel, and after going through no less than 6 computerized "are you sure" responses," I allegedly received a comment that it would be cancelled (just like 3 days ago) and that I would receive a confirmation email. This time, I actually received an email confirmation while writing this review.
This company is misleading consumers and does not disclose its scheme until after one pre-pays for membership.
At that point, the consumer finds out Thrive decides what you should buy and when you should receive it, and will autoship it, which is not convenient at all. Yes, the consumer can go through the nearly $200 in items and decide to keep or not keep, but this is no way a consumer-friendly way for one to shop.
Any discounts they provide are negated by super-high retail prices, so this is no deal for anyone. People should stick with conventional discount grocery stores, even factoring in delivery fees and tips.
Quite frankly, Thrive is nothing but a scam.

Due to health problems

Due to health problems, etc. I have not been
able to purchase items lately as I am on a strict "fresh produce"
diet and will be for sometime in the future.
However, I have ordered in the past and was happy with their prices and quality of goods. Their customer service is outstanding....

Service feels fraudulent

Service feels fraudulent. They make their sign up and ordering confusing to get you in their recurring orders. Had no idea I placed an order until it showed up. A waste of $150.
