This place is a total scam

This place is a total scam! You would think you were at an automotive body shop. They work up an "estimate" before they even look at your pet. Had me come in for an APPOINTMENT at 4 in the morning and then didn't even know why I was there. Brought my dog in for a respiratory problem and instead they gave her a $200 shot for nausea, not oxygen therapy. STAY AWAY!! Went to VEG ER for Pets right down the street. NIGHT AND DAY! The exact opposite treatment! I plan on reporting them to the Department of professional regulation.

I took my dog to this location after…

I took my dog to this location after another dog attacked us. They checked out my dog and said he had no injuries. I later found two wounds, one long tear over his ear and a silver dollar sized bite wound where the hair is missing. I called them to ask them to re-see him and treat the wound they missed - they want me to pay for second visit. Excuse me? No. You failed to do the job you were paid for.

Not great

Not great. The individual hospitals are OK - kind-of a "round-robin" of care. The focus is of course to sell you subscriptive health plans (their competitor is Banfield) - but my biggest issue is they are VERY expensive compared to privately-owned veterinarian offices. If they're your only option, could be worse, but if you can, shop around and find folks who are locally owned and reviewed.
