Excellent product… and Service
Excellent product… my fussy cat loves this! He’s a fan of the salmon and tuna flavour, but I will try him on the others bit by bit. Fantastic customer service, when my order was delayed with the first courier, the company arranged a replacement immigration with no quibbles. I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you Thrive. X

The worst nightmare of any cat owner is…
The worst nightmare of any cat owner is running out of food over Christmas. I thought I had enough, but we were running low. Ordered from Thrive, who usually takes a few days to deliver, but of course it was the holidays, so I knew it would be longer.
Snow came and stayed. We got out and after five days Royal Mail got through. No gritters or snowploughs in sight. One old farmer got his tractor out and ploughed our road, which was great.
I got in touch with Thrive as the order hadn't been received and the girls in the office were very helpful. Two weeks later I get my order and my very hungry cats were eager to devour.

Good quality delicious pet food
I have been ordering wet cat food from Thrive and I am very pleased. My cat has a sensitive stomach and many brands caused problems previously. Thrive really helped with her sensitive stomach and she loves the taste. We also tried freeze dried snacks. My cat is a bit picky when it comes to snacks but she loves them. I never had problems with packaging, shipping etc. The quality made me a loyal regular. Highly recommended for anyone wants to feed their pets with high quality food.

My cat has absolutely loved Thrive for years and doesn't get bored with it like he did with other brands before. It's a healthy, nutritionally complete, and convenient food. And customer service is wonderful. I had an issue with the courier and got a quick response and assistance from customer care.

Delivery on time and respectful. Amazing product, my cat loves the chicken bites and has with a lot of meals. He never gets sick of them and looks forward the it every single day and meows for them. Amazing!

Food is great
Food is great, our cat loves it. Was only not 5 star because the delivery by Evri was a touch chaotic. There seemed to be a week between the order being placed and Evri sent notification they were expecting. They also said they would notify 24hrs before delivery, but it was just unexpectedly delivered.

Grain-free Glory
Great quality cat food that has never upset the stomach. It looks like human-grade food when we serve it. Our cat always had GI issues, but this grain-free recipe has worked well for her. Our cat loved the chicken range. It was awesome to receive a free treat from signing up to the newsletter.

Would've given 5 stars for the product, BUT, there is never enough of this stuff and we're constantly searching all over the internet when we need it. AND it is clear, people are buying this and then selling on at a sometimes ridiculous premium. (Chicken topper for Cats)

Postage costs and availability
The postage costs are ridiculous. Express delivery for the dog liver treats which are rarely in stock cost more than the product. I’m not paying £3.99 for slow delivery either. Stock these products in pet shops properly or use Amazon properly!

Standard delivery (up to 5 days) is £3.99 or free if you spend over £30. Our deliveries are usually much quicker than this but we had a backlog over Christmas.
Express Delivery is £6.99 for next day delivery.
Have you considered buying the treats from Amazon so you get them delivered using your Prime membership if you pay for that.
We will be looking into our delivery this year to make improvements, so we will take on board your feedback.

My cat absolutely loves thrive. I don’t know what they put in it, but it’s her favourite treat by far. It’s a bit expensive, but a little goes a long way. I buy the big tubs as they work out cheaper, then decant into the little tubes so I can decant a little at a time. Our most recent order went astray (fault of courier) and the customer service from Thrive was outstanding. I was really impressed.

Repeated Delivery Failures Despite Replacement Order
I understand that a retailer cannot directly control how individual delivery drivers behave. However, they are responsible for the couriers they choose to represent their company and deliver parcels on their behalf.
This order was already a replacement after the original delivery was left by Evri in a communal area on a completely different floor to where I live, which caused it to go missing.
Unfortunately, the replacement also failed. It was meant to be delivered to my home but was instead redirected to a locker without my consent. When I went to collect it, the locker was empty, and DPD advised that only the sender could raise an investigation.
After two failed deliveries using different couriers, I’ve lost confidence in the delivery process and the overall customer experience. Poor courier choices and insecure delivery methods have resulted in a very frustrating situation.

Highly recommended!
Thrive have the most helpful customer service team of any company I’ve had to email. ‘Evri’ delivery company cannot manage next day deliveries and in my case, confirmed they lost my delivery altogether, then found it again 9 days later. Meanwhile my cat had almost run out of food so I contacted Thrive who very kindly replaced the delivery which arrived next day by DPD. I cannot thank the team, namely Anna enough for being so understanding and resolving the problem even though it wasn’t Thrives fault. Very happy with the service! Thank you!!
