Waste of time and confusing
Waste of time and confusing. My flight wasn’t even booked and I’ve had to call to get them to send me the confirmation email which hasn’t been sent yet. I also haven’t checked into my flight that takes off tomorrow.

My experience was good because of Ken Avino actually listening to the problem I was having and helping me resolve it with his manager Michael Boyd. The problem was that the pricing on the website did not match what they were able to deliver.

A little cumbersome at first
A little cumbersome at first, with slow communication, but overall a positive experience. Definitely a great deal on a business class flight that was unavailable anywhere else. I started to get a little panicky when I didn’t receive an email of acknowledgment for several hours, but I used the chat to get an update and, within a few hours, received the confirmation.
I would definitely use them again.

I booked the flight via this company but due to sold inventory the airlines didn't responded, once i contacted the agent tried to help me immediately and later minutes thrive travel manager called me and promised me to be not worry and she found another flight in the same day for me at same price and last minute, i recommend this website for professionalism, excellent service , immediately respond, lower price among multi website , i would definitely book my future trips via Thrieve Travel
