Took a little time because of a glitch with my credit card and then a glitch with the itinerary from Air Canada, but the Thrive team were really fantastic - readily available, super helpful and nice. Great experience all round and look forward to booking more in future.

I read the reviews, they were shaky. I booked one flight and was offered another. But in the end they came through and Bruce kept his word and was great with follow up and finding an alternative. Greatful for the service.

False Advertising at its Finest
I booked a next day flight from Heathrow to Indiana because of a family emergency. The fine print says it may take up to 24 hrs for your ticket to come through. However, since the flight is less than 24hrs away, I called after waiting five hours and not receiving anything. Their "24/7" support hung up on me twice after long periods on hold. And their online chat never responded. This site is predatory and needs to be taken off of reputable travel forums.

Absolutely pathetic customer support no…
Absolutely pathetic customer support no response until 12mins before the flight left at 1335 May 9. First email sent May 8 at 1900 to say I'd lost my passport can you credit the flight as it's the weekend and no consulates are open till Monday.
When Carly finally responded, she blatantly lied telling me she'd tried talking with the carrier but they steadfastly said no refunds, no changes on a changeable ticket.
As I've said this was a blatant lie because I had already had it changed for free at 1200 by the carrier American Airlines. Thrive sells you a QATAR ticket, operated by IBERIA supplied by American Airlines. So if you find yourself in a similar situation with Thrive back track the ticket provider and go directly to them with your e-ticket number and you'll get your change that you're entitled too.
Thrive also don't include baggage or seat selection and this is all done at an extremely high cost $86 USD 1st Bag $102 2nd bag.
Thrive are rubbish how they have a rating of 4.5 had to be from bots.

Upon reviewing, we have to remain firm that our agent Carly did not "lie". She explained the terms of the restricted basic economy ticket and advised that you reach out to the airline directly in case they assist out of courtesy - which is what happened. That said, the abuse and foul and sexist language with which you showered our agent not only shows that you are not conversing in good faith, but would also have legal ramifications if you were based in the same country as our company.
