If I could give this company a negative rating i would. This company is a pure scam. The phone number doesn’t work. They wi email you and make promises hoping you won’t report the company. The emails had become disappointing. So I am reporting the company. Never received the product
Ordered the viral couch on 11/04 for $29.99. 11/05 another $29.99 came out of my account. Contacted support through email due to their number not working. Ashley Jenkins told me that it was a membership fee. Told her to cancel and refund. She told me it would be 24-48 hours. Another fee of $29.99 came out of my account on 12/04. Had to start a dispute with my bank, get a new debit card, never received a couch. Also reported to all the fraud places I could. Total scammers!
I have tried to find additional information about the product and when it will be shipped. The phone number on their website does not work and the emails seem to be a bot and not helpful. Ended up going to my credit card to start a dispute.
I order their couch back on October 16th. I have yet to receive any information about it being shipped. According to their website they ship it in 3 to 5 business days. Their phone number doesn’t work, so all correspondence has been through email. It’s always said by the end of the week they will have a tracking number but that never happens. I have also reported them to TikTok shop.
