This company (Thronvex) is a scam and should be avoided at all costs. They present themselves as a legitimate online shop, but after placing an order and making payment, nothing is ever delivered.

Customers typically receive confirmation emails and even so-called tracking numbers, but these are entirely false. When attempts are made to contact the company, there is no response — emails go unanswered, and no customer support exists.

It is clear from repeated experiences reported by many people that this is not a genuine business but a fraudulent operation set up to take payments without providing goods. Do not be misled by the website or the product offers — this is a scam company.

Ordered a parasol through an advertising in TikTok. Never received any parasol nor any answer from this company.
I believe this is a scam.
