Protecting scammer companies without…

Protecting scammer companies without…

Protecting scammer companies without giving you an answer after you sent materials to prove your experience is real with that company.
There is no customer service tried to call and the phone was hung up in my face all have been recorded if you need proof Trustpilot.
Companies posting fake reviews and Trustpilot removing our genuine bad reviews protects the company, not the users.
There is no transparency in Trustpilot SERVICES at all they are not protecting and informing the users and people they instead are protecting the SCAMMER Companies I have sent several emails and never received any answers but as soon as I post a 1-star review I get an email to give more info to the SCAMMER COMPANY well I do not want to give more info so they can SCAM ME easier and reviews are just removed if they are not 4 or 5 stars and these where reviewing a SCAMMER also this company is posting FAKE REVIEWS as until November when I posted the very first review for the scammers they had no review and also they never claimed the company but as soon as I posted that review they started having 5-star reviews and some of them are posted by the same persons and they did not even bother to change their usernames used the same username and posted same review obviously 5 star one and obviously TRUSTPILOT removed all the 1 STAR REVIEWS even if people where complaining to have BEEN SCAMMED by that company. SO IN conclusion there is NO TRANSPARENCY IN TRUSTPILOT ANYMORE they are promoting fake reviews and scam companies are being protected by Trustpilot when they remove bad reviews and leave the FAKE 5 STARR REVIEWS ONLINE.
There is no way to contact Trustpilot and if you send emails no one will ANSWER EVER so is just a waste of your time in using and THRUSTING the reviews on Trustpilot as they are NOT GENUINE.
I am curious of how long this review will last here until you remove it in trying to hide that you are promoting scammers and fake reviews I will share it on other platforms just to make sure it stays online.

First4lawers never call back at agreed time and their customer service people cannot read

First4lawers never call back when they say they will. I have now since Tuesday sat every day between 9-10 as agreed every previous day by a member of their customer team and waited as I each day have been promised to be called by the solicitor who is supposed to be handling my cases but no one ever calls. And the same today despite their website stating I would be contacted today between 10-11 again no one called. That is wasting my time and shows that First4lawers is not a professional company. No company lets a client sit 5 days in a row waiting for them. As victim support recommend first4lawers I will now contact victim support to advice not in the future to recommend them.
