I try to contact client center, no response, I send mail no answer. My pack come not complet, I order two shoe shelfs and big shelf and I got just one shoe shelf and noone want to help me, I pay for everything direct and it was no answer never

Dont go here!
Bought a beautiful product that unfortunately broke down too soon. The customer support is absolutely terrible, took me close to 3 (!) months to get to a solution, which they in the end not even followed. My return package went missing, so went the replacement item they sent over. I highly doubt whether that is the truth to be honest. One of the worst types of support I ever received, dont go here!
