When I placed my order, I received an email offering me a much sooner delivery time, which was perfect. I ordered 5 different types of JR treats. The beef treats were unavailable so an extra packet of Kangaroo treats was substituted by Thumpers.

Unfortunately, since this is the first time I’ve ordered JR treats for my dog, I wasn’t aware that he isn’t keen on kangaroo meat.

If I’d known, I’d have asked for chicken, duck or lamb to be substituted, as I know he likes those meats. I didn’t think there was time to ask for and alternative substitute, because I received the email notifying me of the substitution after 9am the day of the delivery. I’m delighted with the service and the quality of the products. My dog is very happy. Thank you.

Brett asked about my dogs needs/requirements and went into detail about the foods.

My first delivery and like the experience when I first visited for guidance and information, the care and attention to detail was impressive. A chat with the lady at my door as was first one to check where to leave, how long it can sit if not at home and generally to say hi to a new customer

I visited for the first time this week and am so glad I did. There was a great selection of raw food amongst other things. The owner was happy to run through all the variations of types of food that would suit my dog. He had a wealth of knowledge and information. I also felt he was more interested in what was right for my dog rather than just making a sale. Highly recommend. Will be doing all my doggy dinner shopping from here from now on. So far, every bowl has been licked clean!
