very good company to buy from

I’ve just read the reviews here & cannot understand why there is so many bad ones because I’ve bought a lot of items from thunderbike over the last few months & have to say they are a very good company to deal with & I cannot fault them whatsoever, my Parts all arrived very prompt & well packaged

A Price for Authenticity… But Is It Truly Authentic?

I purchased a fender advertised as a genuine Harley-Davidson part for my 2017 XL1200X and paid a premium price (340€), expecting OEM quality. Upon receiving it, I noticed clear inconsistencies in packaging, labeling, and overall finish compared to original HD parts I’ve handled before.

When I reached out to customer support asking for proof of origin, I was told it came from an official HD supplier in Belgium—but no documentation or evidence was provided to verify this. The packaging lacked any HD branding, arriving in a plain box sealed only with Thunderbike tape.

For a store that promotes 100% authentic parts, one would expect a more transparent process and clear proof of authenticity. I’m now left wondering… did I pay for an original part, or just for the idea of one?

P.S. I did request a refund or official documentation to confirm OEM status, but was denied both, with the store refusing to cover return shipping as well.

Proceed with caution—especially if you're looking for genuine Harley parts.

Extremely disappointing experience – lost package, no real support

I ordered items from Thunderbike and never received them. Although I paid in full and waited patiently, the package was allegedly delivered to someone else – and the store simply says “we’re not responsible, it’s DHL’s problem.”

They even had the nerve to ask me to fill out a sworn declaration (Eidesstattliche Erklärung), as if I was the one who did something wrong. I’m the customer — it is not my job to fix mistakes between the store and the courier.

This is already the second issue I’ve had with this shop in one week. Zero accountability, poor communication, and no solution in sight.
Avoid this seller if you value your time, money, and nerves.

Never again.

Never again.
18 days from order to delivery is simply terrible service. If you can't deliver faster, you shouldn't have a webshop in 2025.
I will never order from Thunderbike again.

Bought from them an item

Bought from them an item. Paperwork, stickers on the box, everything is correct apart from the actual item. Wrong item inside the box. I waited for about of a month that item for My custom project. Angry email sent. Promised that correct item will be sent after I return them incorrect item. After they receive it back, they refuse to send Me correct item. Two months wasted with no item I need. Absolutely rubbish service. Never use this company again!!!

Do not buy anything from them unless…

Do not buy anything from them unless you want to wait for months on your items ...... I ordered a rear fender 5 weeks ago and the information was that there was 6 weeks delivery time, now I get to know that there are still 4 weeks time left on the fender ...... this is not a separate case, a friend who bought a tank that was not welded properly and he has now waited for 6 months for a clarification but nothing happens ......... this their answer to me : I´m sorry but we can update our shop every second when there is a delay, if you want us do it, accept that we can process your order that fast…
