Bad experience 
My loan application has been rejected by the system that what she told me and I just called her and the way she was talking to me seems to be. She’s not even working with this company and I told her I didn’t get emailed back about rejected or refuse loan application, she said because your bank account doesn’t have a sufficient balance what kind reason this I don’t understand those lender I feel this is it’s a fake company

If you call at 5am et they are still closed the lie on there website saying the are open 5am to 5pm eastern time that is a big lie and a joke of a company

privacy leak stay away
This month was a little tight even though i have been working my A off. i was short on rent and decided last week to make an application for a loan. as any loan company they ask for prove of incom by asking a photo of your pay stub and the HR phone number to confirm your employment.. i had provided all the info time and time again. because seem like these employee dont talk to each other. after a few days with no reply i asked where the loan request was. and they said after contacting my employer there was no one by my name that had ever worked there. this was worrisome since i have been a employee with them for a while now. i asked who did you speak with. and they provided another company i have never heard of. not only they mixed my files with another of their customer they privacy breached my info to a third party company dont trust them. they are incompetent

They leave no paper trail or proof of applying.
After seeing all the positive reviews about ThunderLoan, I decided to give them a try.
It’s been a day now since I’ve last heard anything and you can’t even check the status of the loan application on their website.
Claims to be 24/7 customer service as well as fast that’s just false.
