Ordered 3 t shirts on the 25th August #65730 and still yet to receive even a tracking email. The customer support email just copy and paste the same answer of logistical problems.

Paid, nothing came and no communication. Wish I’d looked on here first

Too slow, one week delay of delivery but i have wait at least one month

Wish I had read reviews on here before ordering. £6.00 shipping (5-7 working days) No sign or communication about my order 2 weeks later. Their communication link on the website is all in Spanish. Then won't let you proceed at the end unless you accept the T&Cs (the link for their actual T&Cs doesn't exist!)

For any admins my order is #65476 will be requesting cancellation through my credit card.

I placed an order on the 13th of August and apart from my confirmation email I have received no communication. Paying £6 shipping is ridiculous when items are this late. I am very understanding with businesses experiencing a unexpected high volume of orders, however the lack of communication is terrible. My order number is #65015 and I would to know when my items will be shipped, and if I don't have a response I will be expecting a full refund immediately. You should also refund me for the shipping costs as you have not provided the service as advertised which was 5-7 days.

I ordered t-shirts from this website more than a month ago, and I still haven’t received any shipping confirmation. It’s been over three weeks and nothing has moved. Really disappointing experience — the logistics and order management are terrible. Definitely the first and last time I order here.

Avoid!
Ordered 2 tops. Nothing at all in terms of communication other than the original confirmation email.
Chased up almost 2 weeks later to receive an apology for ‘sales’ and an ‘incident’, and they were even then still unable to give any dispatch or delivery date.
Cancelled my order and was refunded.
Communication is shocking. No urgency to supply what they’re selling but boy oh boy are they quick to take your money.
Avoid at all costs.

Terrible customer service. ordered 2 T-shirts on 1st August for a birthday present which has now passed the date so extremely disappointed as all we have been told is problems with shipment
It is now 30th August and still not here having been told on 12/8 there is a shipping delay

Been 4 weeks now and not one single update, please refund me immediately.

Still waiting for my order which I ordered on the 18th of August. My order number is #65344. I would appreciate an update on what is happening and when it is expected to be delivered considering how much I've spent. Would appreciate some discount or a freebie given the circumstances.

Yet another customer experiencing delays, ordered on the 11/08/25 requested an update on the 23rd to be told there was an issue with logistics and a shipping date was unavailable. Refund requested.

Order placed on the 7th of August and on date of writing this EOD 26th I still am yet to receive any update for shipping, no dispatch notes, no confirmation to state that my order has even been packed. What’s frustrating as well is the fact the company’s mailing list is sending constant updates on the Page and the current sale but still have yet to update me further on my own purchase made almost 3 weeks ago

I was super excited to put in my order and was planning on wearing the new tees to the gym but so far I am incredibly disappointed and annoyed, honestly find it hard to recommend a store who goes radio silent on not only myself but what looks like other customers as well. Delays can happen however for what you are spending and the amount of time I have been waiting already I cannot in good conscience recommend this company at this stage

Did an order more than two weeks ago, I expected all this time to get an email when they send the order. Still waiting... Order number #64782, is it possible to have news about it? Sent two emails but no response yet...

This company must be in financial difficulties or something because my order was placed 4 August and still no sign of dispatch. I would be very wary of ordering from this company in case that don't deliver. order number : THUNDER#64496
