When I started winning, I was asked to verify my identity again, and it turned out that I had failed the verification for a completely made-up reason: a multi-account. I provided all the requested documents for verification, including a video of me writing the date and website name on a piece of paper. However, this is not necessary, as all they need is an excuse to ban you. Anyone who starts winning will be banned.Now my account is closed and I can't even log in, they stole my 5200+ USDT. I am submitting an official complaint regarding the unjustified delay in completing my account verification process.
I have made seven deposits totaling $3,550, and only after my first withdrawal attempt was I suddenly asked to go through verification. All the requested documents were submitted in full, yet the verification process has still not been completed.
My inquiries to support are always met with generic responses like "please wait" or "your request has been forwarded to the relevant department," without any clear explanation or timeframe.
This feels unfair and raises concerns about the integrity of the process. I kindly ask that you complete the verification as soon as possible or provide a detailed status update with a clear deadline.

One of their agent provided me complete wrong info about wagers and turnover due to which i made a deposit and when deposit the t*c for wager were completely different.
New agent offered me small bonus as compensation but its turnover was x40 which is pretty ridiculous.

They blocked my account right away after I made a deposit of 1k usd. They're totally scam. Police complaint will be made. They are basically thieves.
They let me make deposit and then suddenly blocked my account asking for documents claiming I have duplicate accounts. I told them I never had account there, never claiming bonuses, there's no point on having multiple accounts. Since I didn't won or something like that and if they doesn't want me to play I asked them to return the deposit back to the address deposit has been made but no, they refused. They literally stole my money. They operating without license. Big fraud! Be aware!!

I WD'ed ~$600 and my account got suspended.
However they gave me a notification from web, and also reached out to me via email that I need to verify my account by submitting my ID Card and take a selfie with it (it's for your account's safety).
After I sent the email along with the needed requirements, an hour later my WD went through, and the suspend was lifted.
I was kinda shocked before you guys notified me that I need to verify, I thought I was scammed. But it was all good.
