Excellent service, problem fixed and quick response (less than 1 hour from the initial call). Some sockets stop working and no fault breaks were evident so a bit of testing was needed. Joe brought the right tools and did a detailed inspection until he found the problem and fixed it with great quality. My new GO TO electrician.

Following a problem with a domestic circuit I desperately needed an experienced electrician at very short notice. Thunder Sparks Electrical was superb and promised an electrician would be at my property within 10 minutes . This time slot was met and the electrician,Bart, identified and resolved the problem almost immediately.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Thunder Sparks and they will most definitely be my “go to” electrician for all future needs.

I can't thank Joe at Thunder Sparks enough. After 4 weeks of frustration with EV charger problems, limited help from the manufacturer and a less than helpful installation from a previous electrician, I decided to call Thunder Sparks Ltd, as they are located close to my home.
I explained the issues to Joe on the phone and he thought he could help. Within 10 minutes he arrived and got to work installing a data cable, which successfully resolved the malfunction. Even though the job took over an hour, Joe refused to accept any payment. He was just happy to help. He even explained the EV charger App on my phone and ensured it was working correctly.

When considering Solar Panels back last summer, I spoke with Jody from Thundersparks who were installing them at a neighbours house.
After surveying the position of my house he prepared a no obligations quote for 14 solar panels and storage battery with a very clear schematic of the system. An estimation of the annual energy savings was included.
It was a truthful evaluation of the benefits and being a very reasonable price, I went ahead with the system.
The work was scheduled and work commenced within a short while. The scaffolding went up and the panels installed in a few days. Jody and his team were very polite, friendly and very efficient in what they did and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the position of the panels, cabling and ancillary equipment. They also installed guarding all around the panels to prevent pigeons nesting underneath.
The actual look of the panels enhances the look of my house and with the unobtrusive guarding, the pigeons have flown off!!
They have maintained their contact with us and helped with getting the best out of the system. We are now seeing the benefits of the energy savings which will get even better as summer days return.
I can thoroughly recommend Thundersparks to anyone considering Solar Panels. With the rocketting energy bills, this is a must!

We had a problem with our solar panels. We had already ordered the required part, but knew that a second panel had developed a fault since ordering. Jody came along and fixed the first panel, then identified the fault on the second. To my surprise, he said he had the parts needed to repair the second panel. Within a couple of hours both panels were working perfectly. Polite, on time, neat and tidy and got the job done…Excellent work!

When we had a urgent electrical problem and on a Saturday too, Jodie was able to pop over immediately to sort it out enabling other works to carry on.
