Dreadful Customer Service
I took the morning bus number 111 from Morro Jable to Puerto de la Cruz to do a walk from there. I was back by 1545 to be in good time for the 1600 return bus from this remote spot. It never came. I tried to ring Tiadhe, but the number on their website was out of service. I tried to hitchhike, but nobody would pick me up. Eventually I went round the tables at the restaurant pleading for a lift, a humiliating procedure, and finally somebody took pity on me. I filled in the contact form on the website, but nobody ever replied. Shocking customer service all round.
