Superb, I had to saw my wedding ring off after it had 'shrunk' to my finger over 18 years, Paige and her colleague did a superb job at repairing and enlarging it, looks as good as new (just 2 sizes bigger). Definitely recommend. Thanks

Nothing is too much trouble for Tiago. Jane is wonderful. It’s a joy to visit and the service is excellent as is the aftercare. I have had both my engagement and wedding rings from them. Fabulous quality at a competitive price. I would highly recommend.

Excellent service at Tiago Jewellery, especially from Jane who helped pick my Sheffield steel wedding ring , when picked up , it fitted perfectly, highly recommended! It was made on site too in the workshop!!

Honestly cannot thank Jane and David enough for making the huge decision of choosing an engagement ring genuinely enjoyable!

I had a fairly good idea of what my partner wanted in a ring, and they were more than happy to work together to create this bespoke ring. Jane was an absolute dream to work with- she never tried the hard sell and was always realistic with her advice which always makes you feel comfortable asking questions. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and communication was on point. The owner, David, also took the time to personally check in and offer his expert input, which was a lovely touch too.

I can be quite indecisive over big decisions, which we laughed about, but they never pressured me into making decisions and their communication was flawless- super responsive by email and always happy for me to pop in. Not only did they handle the design stage perfectly, but the speed at which they created the ring was super quick without compromising on craftsmanship. The final piece is absolutely stunning, truly capturing everything I had hoped for, and luckily my partner (now fiancée!!!) agrees and loves her ring.

We have since attended to look at wedding bands, and once again, their advice has been invaluable. Whilst their they adjusted the size of her ring ever so slightly whilst we waited and laughed about our engagement story. We are genuinely looking forward to purchasing our wedding bands from them in the future.

We purchased our wedding rings from Tiago Jewellery and had a fantastic experience. The staff were warm, knowledgeable, and really took the time to help us choose rings that felt personal and meaningful. The quality and craftsmanship are excellent. The rings look beautiful and fit perfectly. The staff is so helpful that even if we had troubles with choosing the right size they patiently helped us and made sure we were happy with our rings. Right from walking through the door all the staff at Tiago were welcoming and really helpful. I came in to the store to find an engagement ring, David and Jane Guided me through this with their expertise. I could not recommend Tiago more highly and we will most certainly be returning when we are looking for our wedding rings.

The service from Tiago was brilliant from start to finish. We came to get a 40th celebration ring made for my wife’s birthday. Jane was there from the start to guide us through what we could get and made helpful suggestions which went along way to getting us the exact ring we wanted. They communicated with us throughout and kept us informed right to the day we collected, the ring was perfect and we couldn’t have been happier. Such fantastic service. Had a ring made. Given all the time I needed to choose a design and setting. The ring was exactly as the design pictures showed.

I initially bought an engagement ring from Tiago and loved the amount of detail and time the staff took with me helping me to make the perfect choice. Me and my fiancée have since purchased our wedding bangs from Tiago and once again the service has been second to none. I first visited Tiago a couple of years ago with an image of an engagement ring and asked if it would be possible to make it. A few weeks later after lots of conversations, and even a 3D “model”, I got my perfect ring. From start to finish David, Jane and the amazingly talented team listened to my requests and created exactly what I wanted. We then returned for our weddings rings, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Cannot recommend highly enough.

28-3-25 I want to add that Tiago is the only place you want to be buying your wedding rings from in fact I’d go as far as saying if you need any jewellery this is that place to go! Jane and the team have been incredibly invested and dedicated to creating our wedding rings we wouldn’t have got the fantastic service or knowledge else where! We decided to visit Tiago when my eternity ring broke and were not disappointed. David provided us with excellent advice which ultimately led to me having both the eternity ring and engagement ring reset. The quality of the workmanship is exceptional and I could not be happier with my beautiful rings.
