Disastrous dealings with Head office. Team klant worden
I’m in a dilemma here. Their products are good and the service from their outlets in Venlow, Aalsmeer & Brussels is also good, but anything to do with their administration from my experience has been a disaster. I’ve lost count of how many phone calls I’ve tried to make and emails I’ve sent to try and sort out a problem. We have been members for many years. Trying to renew membership and obtain the carte to get into their outlets was almost an impossible mission Phone calls to outlets not answered. Emails to head office not read or understood by them. Only my perseverance and 4 hours spent on the computer on two occasions did I manage to eventually get a result. Otherwise as mentioned, products are good and good follow up to orders and request. I can’t understand how they can be so good at dealing with day to day orders etc and so bad at dealing with head office issues. For day to day business I would give them 5 stars, but for my experience with Team klant worden I would minus a few stars.
