Tickets Sagrada Familia

This website is not an official website. We paid 230 euros for all our tickets, but on the tickets itself the price mentioned is 148 euro. When I contacted them we received following answer: We would like to provide you with important information about the prices of your tickets. Regarding the price difference you have noticed, we would like to explain that this variation is due to our company's commissions. As a tour operator, these commissions are necessary to cover management costs and maintain efficient customer service. The final rates reflect both the entrance fee and these commissions, ensuring a complete experience backed by our support team. This information is clearly described in our policies, which customers must acknowledge and accept at the time of purchase. If you review these policies, you will see that we operate with transparency and integrity.
The fee is NOT mentioned in the terms, so there is no transparancy! If you need tickets go to the official site of Sagrada Familia.

Sagrada familia SCAM WEBSITE

Booked ticket for Sagrada familia in Barcelona. Ticket did not arrive. No button to enquire. On arrival in Barcelona 3 different tickets agents said they regularly get issues and the website search for Sagrada familia com does not exist. After I returned I eventually found a contact in their legal section. All links on the page are not live.
