Very supportive customer service!
I bought my Into the woods ADE ticket only few days before the event and it worked perfectly! Support team was very helpful and responded quick to my email. I first thought it was scam because I got a ticket that was already personalised but apparently that was no problem because they do not check ID but I was still concerned so the support team asked the seller for me to re personalise it with my name and it worked without any issue and fast.

Great customer service. Simple process.
I got a ticket for Down the Rabbit Hole, and there were some issues with the seller not transferring the ticket (twice, so I was just unlucky). But after contacting the company, Niels found another ticket (even at midnight) for me and that went well.
Truly great customer service and i would trust them again fully.
