I received the response from the court and I was found guilty. Don't feel the written declaration they use really works and I doubt about the posted success rates on their site

Did not get me out of my ticket.
Ended up costing me more then if i had just paid the ticket.
Said service was $99 then end up citing me $275.
Wonder if any tickets are won.

Following my daughters move to Southern California to attend college, I received a ticket for I believe a no left turn on red violation (one way street to one way street.
I came across TicketBust on line, and not wanting the ticket on my records along with feeling the need to respond to the ticket, I went with them.

Although a while ago, my recollection is that the California laws are somewhat unique and Ticket Bust works them to a T for the customer's advantage.

In my case, I did a lot of work, going to Google street view and grabbing pictures which demonstrated that the "no turn on red" sign was obscured from view.

In any case, once I gave them that material they took it from there, and in a relatively short time the case was dismissed.

I honestly don't even recall for Ticket Busts services, but I know I was satisfied as to its value, especially relative to the cost of a fine, and entry on my driving record.

I have used them and found them very professional and honest. I recommended to many friends and family. They all got their tickets dismissed. I highly recommend them.

Don’t trust these people !!! Charged me twice! Then wouldn’t let me dispute it with my bank... the cop didn’t even have a radar gun and I still lost the case. Could’ve easily done everything they did by myself, total rip off do not use this company! I would describe more descriptively my terrible experience but ticket bust keeps getting my reviews flagged for being honest

I used them more than once. Won every time. Instead of mailing in my explanation, as prepared by Ticketbust. I waited until the last possible day to submit it, and went early in the morning to submit at the courthouse. I have been told, when you mail in your forms, they tend to disappear if you send them in to early, or don't send as registered mail. Going in person is better. And you get to punch in your ticket to their time clock. The last possible date is located on the papers they send you. Ticketbust is my choice.

So far I received two tickets and DISMISSED two tickets! One was speeding in Semi-Truck and other one was Cell Phone Ticket. I highly appreciate Ticketbust.com for Dismissing my cases. Thank you!
