They did nothing wrong and I still have to wait if my ticket gets dismissed.
They did not use any other explanation except what I provided and said it should be dismissed because I did not cross the double line…sorry, but I did cross the double line.
As of now I think it’s a waist of money, because no effort was made to support my decision why I crossed..but I will update.

I used and paid this service and did not win. I could have pleaded same on my own. Ticket was not dismissed and I not only did receive a refund but 2 years later was fraudulently charged $59.00 from another sight “ticketdismissed.com”. Which I did not agree to. They obviously pulled my information and charged my CC without authorization. I’ve had to shut down my CC and wait for reissue from bank. This is a scam in my opinion. Do not invest with hope to dismiss ticket. Do not waste money.

Sorry to hear you were found guilty. We do our best to assist our clients in getting every ticket they can dismissed but not everyone does as the decision is always up to the court. BTW you may have forgotten but you also did engage our traffic ticket protection that renews once a year. We did notify you about the renewal and to turn it off if you didn't want it.

Sorry but you are not providing the full information. We did do our job an prepare your trial by written declaration and all your defense documents. However, you were negligent and did NOT did not send them to the court and were late. Unfortunately we cannot control your own negligence and cannot be held libel for that.
They signed me up for an annual membership from a different company
They got my ticket dismissed, However, they apparently signed me up for an annual membership that I never asked for or signed up for, from a different website "getdismissed.com".
update: updating from 1 to 3 stars. I called customer service within a few days of seeing the charge and they refunded it.

we are excited we were able to help you get your ticket dismissed, however i believe you are misunderstanding our traffic ticket protection. You actually did engage this and we sent you 3 reminder emails to turn it off if you didn't want it. Regardless, we also told you just to contact customer service to process a refund if you didn't want this and were charged in error. We do NOT want to charge you if you don't want to renew. I would hope that you contact customer service for a refund and then update this review as we did get your ticket dismissed and our service did work.

I think you guys are the best in helping people like me.
10 years ago I got a speeding ticket. I did everything myself to fight it. I did the written declaration, it didn't work, they said I was Guilty as charge. I forgot to marked the box for Traffic Schoo, and I didn't know the legal terminology, all bad. And, on top of everything else the insurance went up, and I paid the increase for 4 years. I'm thankful for being there for us, to help. My husband find you in the internet, and I'm so happy for that. I'm waiting for the ticket fee, to send all the paper work you sent me. :) Let's hope everything goes for well for me.

waisted time and money
I paid for what I thought was someone fighting on my behalf and instead I got a FORM that just filled in whatever answers I gave it. Really bad, I waisted money, I don't recommend. Find a lawyer who will follow through with everything.

We did NOT just prepare you a form, we provided a full defense package for you to fight your ticket. It would appear that you did even follow through with our instructions and send the pack to the court as your ticket was only due on 7/4/22. If you would you would see that your ticket can get dismissed with what we prepared If you look at the back of your ticket, a trial by written declaration is right there on the back of the ticket to fight your ticket.
