Ridiculous fees

I was stunned when I saw the fees for the tickets. If it wasn't a birthday present for my daughter I would have canceled them. Won't buy from you again.

Buy from here and pay DOUBLE

I tried to buy tickets for my daughter and husband to see Neil DeGrasse Tyson in Seattle on November. It was impossible to get the on Ticketmaster's website, so I called Seattle Theater Group - because the show was listed on their site. I was assured by their ticket office that they could sell me the tickets - which they did - through this site - who I am sure bought them from the Ticketmaster site and re-sold them for twice the cost. I received a paper e-ticket...

Scam. Ripoff. Misleading

The employees were very nicest they mislead you into thinking you have no other option if you want tickets. This is about this companies business practices. The tickets are non refundable for a reason. Once you realize you have been screwed you can't do anything about it. They pay google to place their ad on the top of a search and cleverly list the site address as closely as possible to the site you actually searched. In this case the actual box office. They reply to emails from an email name that closely resembles the box office. Everything they do try's to trick you into thinking you are buying from the boxoffice. What you are doing is paying at least double for awful seats to a not sold out show that you could paid 1/2 for way better tickets. Live and learn. All sites like this I will scrutinize. $300 mistake. They suck.

Scam

Company buys tickets from box offices then resells for small profit. Cant pock them up anywhere-must have them shipped to you. My tickets did not arrive until two days AFTER production. Called "customer service" csr said she could only submit my info to person who makes decisions but I could not talk to them directly. They never gave me a refund and I ended up having to dispute it through my bank.

Ticketcharge? More like Papercharge!

I've ordered tickets from other services in the past and have received physical tickets. We've kept these tickets as souvenirs. Ticketcharge sent us pieces of paper to be used as tickets, and told me "this is how it's done". I spent over $1000 for this, and fully expected better than what we received! I will NEVER do business with Ticketcharge again!!

Never received tickets

Bought 3 tickets for Book of Mormon in Charlotte, NC. Was told tickets would come in mail well before showing, but they never came. When I called same number I had originally called, was told to contact 3rd party who was supposed to send tickets. The number I was given had their mailbox full so I couldn't leave message. Called original number again and they said they'd contact 3rd party. Someone contacted me and said tickets would be at will call window. When we went to get tickets at will call, guy said no tickets were there for me under my name. I knew which row we were supposed to be in, but never was given seat numbers, so will call people couldn't help me. Sent several msgs, but no one never responded until after show had started. Called my bank the next morning and explained what happened and they stopped payment (over $500.00).
Will never use this group again.
