Written by the company

TicketCo – powering seamless matchday experiences TicketCo is a sports-focused ticketing and event platform, designed to make life easier for clubs, organisers, and fans. Unlike traditional ticketing systems, TicketCo goes beyond issuing tickets – it connects sales, access, and payments in one seamless journey. What makes us unique is our focus on the real challenges sports clubs face every week: long queues, heavy admin work, scattered systems, and missed revenue opportunities. With TicketCo, clubs can manage tickets, season passes, hospitality, and even food, drinks, and merchandise – all in a single platform. Fans enjoy faster purchases and smooth entry, while clubs gain full control of their data, real-time sales insight, and more revenue streams. Trusted by clubs and leagues across the UK, Ireland, Scandinavia, and beyond, TicketCo is built with and for sport. Our cloud-based platform is open, API-first, and mobile-ready, meaning it integrates easily into existing club websites, apps, and payment providers. At TicketCo, we believe that great fan experiences start with seamless operations. By simplifying matchday for staff and supporters alike, we help clubs focus on what really matters: the game, the fans, and the community.

Shocking

Shocking. Whole system crashed for MK v Leeds game. Sent me a code for MK v Romford. Charged me £15. No support on the event night. Eventually replied to emails to say “complain to MK”. I AM YOUR CUSTOMER!!! Poor. Interesting reply TicketCo. The fact that it has taken you 5 months to reply says it all.
